We coordinate vendors, oversee timelines, manage logistics, and handle unexpected challenges with confidence and grace. From the first guest arrival to the final farewell, we'll ensure your event flows smoothly and seamlessly.

Management/Partial Planning - books about 4-6 weeks before wedding date, vendors are usually already chosen. We will work to confirm all vendor/service contracts, identify any planning gaps and risks, day-of product recommendations, timeline creation in addition to day-of coordination.

Coordination Services - books about 2-4 weeks out, all wedding details have been finalized by the couple. Coordinator supervises vendor arrival, venue set-up and adds finishing touches. Can assist with ceremony flow, photo coordination, keeping event on schedule, handle day-of issues, and act as point of contact for vendors and guests.

Responsibilities may include: Developing wedding vision, theme, budgets and the planning timeline. We provide comprehensive venue research and will aid in the contract review process. From stationary design, to decor decisions we’ll be there every step of the way - keeping your RSVPs and guest experience organized.
